Mistaken Belief that No One Can or Will Watch Them.

Any key watch outs or ways to protect all those involved and the property would be greatly appreciated. 

I watched a LOT of Youtube, read a lot, and asked a lot questions from older and more experienced friends and family.

Watch how fast they start to throw out all this BS. 

In recent months I've personally watched houses sell during the bidding process for close to ARV!!

I'm in Mckinney, I have watched home prices creep up.

You can have your agent watch it to see if it changes back to active, but I suggest your move on to the next one.

Watch out for the old "I already saw that one when you give them the information", lol. 

What are some of things I should watch out for?

After watching the live podcast from Brandon  I now feel confident in my ability to assess a property and make sure i have enough room to make a little money. thanks for the tools necessary to become successful in this business.
