I’ve considered submitting a resume with David Green or one of the other bigger pockets pros just to get in the room with them even if I have to work for free (which is funny for someone who hasn’t considered the idea of interning anywhere for 10 years, and definitely not when I’m not in the market for a job) So here’s my pitch. 1) is anyone who’s a real pro willing to do this out of the goodness of their heart? 

It is similar like a candidate who sends you a resume for a job in your company - it can be a perfect resume but the person whom you talk to might be someone completely different.
