I cringed when someone said ide rather see you taking action because i was patting myself on the back for beggining to draft up my very own business plan but now I have to step up my game haha. how is your buisiness now by the way?

What would a good first step assuming we can't/won't use any financing since we don't have US incomes, or are there still ways for financing? 

Not questioning as to why we had the charges disputed and the money returned to our CC... nothing regarding the next steps with the listing.
