In the much more common exemption from registration, was it an intrastate exemption, a Reg D filing, or did the offering rely on the general exemption for private placements?

There are private investors or JV partners that will offer funds to do that.

that may be good that may be bad I don't know they also say that they'll help you or assist you infinding the buyer I should say it sounds like a lot of work for private investor I don't really know that many private investors that get that invinvolved.
