Looking for investors who buy Mobile Homes

I'm looking to make a list of contractors to work on some mobile homes Im flipping I need all trades I live south of St Louis  How do I find good or great contractors 

It's on a lot (over 5000 square ft) with a mobile home in a mobile home community. 

We are fortunate to have pictures sent over mobile, this helps a lot in decision making.

@Raj Kumardid you not catch this in Due Diligence, always something to check for with multiple units, I had a mobile home court once charge me for every pad setting there at a base rate, talk about BAD

How did you buy your first mobile home community?

Called the tax assessor's office today to see what taxes are owed on the property as I haven't paid the taxes on it since I acquired the property because it had a mobile home on it that got repossessed from a foreclosure through the owner's mortgage company. 

However, just about anyone who could fog a mirror and took the ride up couldn't help but make money in that upwardly mobile market.

They are scattered out in mobile home subdivisions on lots that I own so I know what I can get for them and have a decent inventory stored up of various parts and things for repairs over the years.
