Hello @Genera Tiffany.learning from a mentor is crucial at least a couple of times before you learn to do things on your owni would say go with your intuition

While, as us physicists are prone to say, it should intuitively obvious to the most casual observer that you paid something for the house and something to fix it up, I guess to some folks it might not be.

I understand that sounds counter-intuitive to lend when you're actually looking for financing. 

So buying when homes are pending within 4 hours of listing (and often for well over the asking price) seems to be counter-intuitive. 

I have used this service and find it to be a good product with a straight forward and intuitive interface.

It sounds a bit counter-intuitive. 

More specifics that'd help us all to get some intuition here would be - what does your grandfather do with regards to rentals - vacation rentals or rent to local residents? 

I am typically applying counter-intuitive concepts to most things...so, this is likely the only time you will hear this.

So just trying to figure out whether or not my expectations are realistic or maybe I just haven't put enough time Intuit into hiring the right acquisition manager.
