May cause a bit of a problem to run water. lol Maybe borrow a friendly neighbors water hose?

I feel somehow I am being hosed as I should have closed Friday and now there is a hold up.

I want to be reasonable but don't want to get hosed either.

There are valid reasons to choose any of the above options, depending on how long you plan to have the loan for.Now $4500 to $6300 sounds really high, which leads me to believe that either you would be paying points, that those include escrows and prepaids, or that you are getting hosed.

Your first place to start is by changing out the shower heads and toilets to low flow versions, adding aerators to the sink faucets and locking the outdoor hose bibs to prevent car washing.I don't know what water rates are in San Diego, but those numbers are much higher than I would underwrite for here in Los Angeles, and they are as much as five times what the stabilized water use is.

I always get a hydraulic load test done.If the well water tests good I would continue using the well.
