depending on the market, you may have to hang on to this thing for 5-7 years, but if you set it up so you can do so, I think it will reward you significantly.

I think we are going to hang in there for a bit and see how it starts to pan out (if the bank agrees to extend closing) we are not in a huge rush.....we never expected to close until much later in the year anyways.

If no, than I would say wait to see how the market acts in that area and if you want to start buying rentals somewhere else, then you could keep or sell that one, once you do you can buy another in the great area you found.Do you see yourself hanging those property management style task?
