@Casey Hampton your local Housing Commissions should have websites that you can use to educate yourself.If you want someone to spoon-feed you, there are several S8 "gurus" that will charge you to basically summarize what you can learn on your own.

Lastly, credibility is not just that, credibility.What I call "credibility" is "what ever a seller needs to see read experience from you, your mailer, your website, to fill in the form.So, having all the documents, sure they may believe you are credible... but they still may not like you!
