This incudes the entrance and interior roads, if they were never dedicated to the government.I am not sure what you mean by "someone forcing you to buy back your own tax deed."

I would consider the garage to be basically a ground up build (it already has a dedicated yard and private entrance.) and the house I have taken care of, but would need a little work to accomplish my goals.

Other states require a specific amount of time, like 24 hours, and they may dictate that entrance be during specific hours of the day or days of the week.
