I am of the opinion that people should be starting threads for sincere interest in topic or need to solve a problem....NOT for the sole intention of creating a topic as phony way to engage in networking for some related product or service.Sure, chime in on others people threads, but topic phishing is corny, IMHO!

In my experience, most of the foreclosed owners cooperate or at least engage in some sort of discussion with the new purchasers to figure out a dignified exit or perhaps a negotiated cash for keys scenario.With the recent purchase, I left various messages and posted letters at the front door asking for a call back to discuss the living arrangement.
