It is a giant relief to have actual steps. its easier to choose inaction when the steps are vague. 

A future default (post BK petition) would still allow the Mortgagee to ask for relief from the stay and to pursue foreclosure.  

If Landlord breaches this Lease, Tenant may seek any relief provided by law.

What a relief, I thought I was the only one getting tired of this kind of stuff on here.

These repairs are expensive for "mom and pop" tenants, so they'll usually ask for relief when problems arise. 

You may be temporarily protected from eviction under the federal CARES Act, which stands for Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security.

Having that is such a relief.

I can't tell you what a relief it was to not have to worry about that $1000 a month.      

Other pluses:likleyhood of owner-occupied mortgage relief, including the cash payments coming from the Fed and willingness of banks to go i/o or issue forbearances expanded unemployment insurance for your wife, some data showing renters still moving (check out @nathang post from yahoo finance), you will have street cred as a realtor and investor for having lived through this.
