I'm starting to notice it everywhere.In downtown Louisville, there are several prime spots that are vacant in highly visible/heavily foot-trafficked areas of downtown - namely Main and Market Street.

I  would search for rental property located  west of highway 87 and  be very careful of older, often non conforming property in downtown San Jose. 

I know you can go downtown and look it up on the computer there ...I would like to know if there is a way to do it from home ?

Anywhere within a 30 to 40 mile radius of downtown Chicago if the financials make sense & the specific block has no to low crime.  

That is happening here in Denver on a large scale West of Downtown.

@Richard A. thanks for the input , I am only interested in multi come commercials in downtown area. 

I recently found a commercial property that I want to convert to a residential rental--it is an old downtown Victorian originally built as residential and converted many years ago. 

I haven't been to any meetups down there yet and am not sure when they occur but have attended Denver meetups and plan on going to the Feb. 1 meetup downtown Denver. 

For LA, It's tough to find mf that cash flows in B or better neighborhoods, roughly speaking west of downtown and North of the 10.

I may be interested in purchasing if near Downtown/ central city.
