Talking about the # of doors you own will give you some bragging rights at a dinner party.

There is just a lot that COULD go wrong, and if the deal goes sideways that could make for some very uncomfortable Thanksgiving day dinners if you know what I mean.

I have had good luck over the last 5 years myself but when I saw the title of your post it reminded of the foreclosure sale in December when the guy who “won” the auction actually paid double what the property was worth but I guarantee he was singing winner winner chicken dinner to all his friends! 

For short stays, I don't want to fix dinner in a city I am visiting with lots of good food so the kitchen is of no benefit and I don't have kids that need naps so we are out most of the time.

I'm starting a STR management business and I wonder when you get several listings how do you go to lunch, dinner, the movies, take a nap or enjoy a vacation and still respond quickly without a VA.
