Debt is debt, the military doesn't like it, and you can get denied security clearances due to that as well.

If you play music in any form, its hard to deny that what they do is great, no matter what your individual preferences are.

Hey again Dave I was'nt sure if  I could 1031 each lot so I hired a big big time CPA firm to look into it, they came back and said that there was no case law in Montana to either confirm or deny the legality of it.

Besides in my state I can deny someone based on credit and not being able to prove proof of employment.

if your felony was financial crime related you probably will get denied if you got arrested and got a felony for possessing 2 joints  probably not a problem. your board of realtors has no bearing on licensure so don't bother contacting them.you contact the state department of Real estate who issues the licenses. they are the one's who will approve or deny

You can lose your earnest money messing around and your alternative to avoid other issues will be to make an application, pay loan expenses and then be denied by a reputable lender to satisfy your contractual obligation.
