I called SmartMove today because the application was marked "Identity verification pending" and they said that this happened because the tenant answered one of the security questions wrong so it locked them out!

I'd like to keep this business model because I want the identity of someone people would want to do business with (honest, fair, etc). 

The only ones I haven't figured out how to research are FBI informants who have undergone identity changes.

Even the 580 FICO score minimum is identical since they are both FHA, so thats a lot of good news for you.

National sites usually don't understand the nuances in local real estate -- for example, why a house might be worth $200k on one street, and yet an identical home is worth $400k only 2 streets away. 

That could mean the secondary structures are not allowed to be re-built or that any re-build must be on identical foundation (or footprint) in exact same location on the parcel.

I call it a phantom repair because these items are still perfectly functional at the moment so there's no current repair to be done, but you'll probably have to replace them sooner than if they were newer.For example, say you are looking at two SFH that are identical in every way.
