take your bonus, pay down the home and sell it. not much creativity that can be had. if you try and short sell it the banks could still come back after you and it will crush your credit. chalk it up to a very expensive lesson learned - was it driven by FOMO of feeling like you needed to invest because everyone else was making money?

It can be a huge pain to get started but you do get your rent direct deposit every month.

I am speaking from direct experience, other programs show such a vast different view on how storms come across.

They can get you pointed in the right direction as far as business licensing, insurance, drug testing, rules and regulations, etc.

You need to be creative and/or willing to do a lot of work.
