This might mean no home rule cities or cities with CCNs outside their ETJ.Where I live that could1) Save you about $7000 in impact fees per unit.2) Keep the city from being able to block it.3) Not allow the city to impose development standards on the project.4) Force the city to provide the water and sewer.I have considered doing this for a village of 500 cottages built onsite.As always, Jay is exactly right.
