If this is new then I would suggest getting a business coach to Guide you through creation of this.

Had a session with my Productivity Coach to set my CGI (Career Growth Initiative) goals (i.e. how much I need to gross to achieve my net income goals.) 

I would suggest starting as an LP, next hiring a coach (if desired) and then you look to syndicate.

In each of the past two months, I could tell a new attorney, not by the face being unfamiliar, but by the manner in which they presented their opening bid; the one was sitting in the row of seats in front of me, and he was getting coached by a veteran attorney sitting directly in front of me.

Coaching- I started coaching a middle school wrestling program and was on the board for a NFP wrestling club.Ultimately, do what makes you happy and will bring the most joy.

As for mentors and coaching, it's up to you.

The LL is not a coach for Anger Management - - don't get involved if it's SFR. 

Another great advice from my personal coach is not fell in love with the property.
