@Shib Dutta, it's possible to have a LOC from different banks, but they'll each look at the financial situation and borrowing capacity of the company and its owners.

@Brian PowersHard Money Lenders base their approvals specifically on the house & deal/equity, but get to know them personally in advance - the deals you’ve done, so your 3C’s: Capacity, Capital, and Character can be vetted.

The major engines driving it are safety concerns and restaurants/service industry not at full capacity.

As you begin your research, I would love to pick your brain about your specific goals and see if there is any way we could work together in some capacity.

We are very much focused on our properties performing at maximum income producing capacity.  

We have STR’s in Gatlinburg and have been booked to capacity ever since the shelter in place order was lifted.

I can assist at an advisory capacity for anything except market analysis in that area.
