At this time in my life the cash back cards are worth more to my family than the airline or hotel points. 

but for me I kind of dig it... autopilot in the airplane can be less forgiving flying you into a rock at 200 knots.. or you sit there and look at it and say what the heck is this thing doing.. and why is it doing that.. the car autopilots are much less complicated . and they will come to a stop... of course airliners have auto land and auto brake etc.. but you know you have to spend a few million for those features :)

The only way to dry out the carpet and pad is for the tenant's belongings to be moved out of the way, so vacuums and dryers can be deployed.

If its an electric water heater, you can take out the bottom heating element, tape a smaller tube to your shop vac and vacuum out the sediment that doesn't flush out, to help it also.

Also, this allows for vibration movement and will make it easier to vacuum behind.

Then vacuum.

But, it’s hard to give advice in a vacuum without knowing the bigger picture.

The best ones, in my opinion, offer high percentage back in cash--the airline miles equate to about a 1% return, whereas you can get as high as 3% return cash back.

Airlines now allow "cats, dogs, and small horses"- no joke. 

Spread it around the whole place and then vacuum it up several days later.
