Hello BP members, I am new here and have been an infrequent visitor on bp over the last 4 years or so.

The Indy 500 attracts lots of visitors.

It is a popular place, but no where near the visitors the Smokey's get. 

Imagine a visitor is injured due to negligence of the owner (i.e. landlord's failure to fix unstable stairways), then both of these coverage would be useful, right?   

@Namit Raisurana There is one in West Sacramento, Clayton Homes, but there are limiting visitors due to Covid.

From a visitor's prospective, would you like to stay in a cabin or a condo?
