I would worry less about the attorney and accountant at this time and more on the carpet layer and painter.

You can develop a rolodex of craftsmen (painter, plumber, carpenter, handyman, etc) and find your property management company (if you want one) while you are still local.Note: I've bought 4 houses and never once did this...

I have a property where I am considering using experienced unlicensed painters (they work for a painting contractor but also do side jobs).

You can wear a painters suit and 100%cheap respirator to protect yourself if you choose.

Looks like the next step is to find a mold remediation company, a painter who deals with lead,  and an asbestos company that can look at it for me and give me a price, so I know what I'm dealing with

I also bought a paper painter’s suit and dust mask.

The letter is postmarked on Jan 21st.1) The entire exterior was painted last month and the painter forgot to put the numbers back on.  

Apparently this GM and his crew didn't put down painters blankets or sheets to catch the old window's glass when it was broken out in order to install the new double pane windows. 

So you won't need to reach out to contractors, landscapers, painters or any of that stuff.
