I have only been in DSM for 2 years, originally from Minneapolis area, but have found Des Moines a great market.

As a result the only place I can really invest in right now is North Minneapolis, which is considered the bad part of the City.

Now look at Kansas or Milwaukee, Minneapolis or Tallahassee. 

I have a potential lead for a home located a block from Bossen field in South Minneapolis.

This isn't for all investors as many with hit their loan limits with too many units, but that is when they can sell them individually or as a portfolio.There are many different ways of making money in the Minneapolis market I hope new investors will consider townhomes rather than D properties that are much too complicated for new investors.

It's a duplex in Minneapolis, so easily rentable. 

How long do permits take in Minneapolis?  

I have two single family rental property in Minneapolis MN. 

With that being said, I understand that one of the most important things to have before moving forward with this loan is an experienced real estate agent and mortgage broker that are familiar with the process and already have connections in place to establish a good team of contractors, inspectors, etc.I am located in the Minneapolis market - does anyone have any recommendations for real estate agents or mortgage broker that I could contact for more information and to begin the process?

Does anyone know of a good property manager in the Twin Cities? I have a single family home in Edina that I'd like help with. Thanks!
