Sources of funds are only limited by your imagination, creativity and ability to "Sell" your ability to make it happen.

That would be a mess, and I can’t imagine the builder agree to it without a fight.

Consider renting in a safe place with a crummy school district I imagine it will be cheaper, you are homeschooling your kids anyway.

All of the sudden the leads will start pouring in.
