Fremont is where the solstice naked bikers ride, a statue of Lenin stands, (and yes, Lenin would have slaughtered everyone in Fremont for thinking differently than he, so go figure why they would honor such a villain), and it's where the troll (sculpture) lives under the bridge.

Hey @Damian Williams, wholesaling is pretty simple from an overview stand point (find a great deal from a motivated seller, get it on contract, find a cash buyer to flip the contract to).

Like I said it is a good deal and I stand to make a really good profit, if it all goes according to plan.
