We are still really early in our growth (we officially launched in Feb) and haven't spent any money getting the word out as we have been hyper focused on development.

Obviously, this is not a financing specifically for the overseas property and the borrower could use the money to do anything they want.If you want to use leverage in Mexico, the alternatives to local bank financing are developer financing for pre-construction properties (which is rarely given if you don't have the necessary personal relationships) or seller financing.

But with this 42 units will sft cost will be lower than building 2 or 4 units and we need some guidance who has done this kind of construction/investment.I’m seeking expert advice from an experienced builder-investor in mixed-use developments.
