Funny as boasting is overtaken by failing to qualify.

We currently have the 2nd highest foreclosure rate in the nation and uncertainty with changes in the casino market.  

This off-line marketing, and a bit-costy, but can boast pretty high conversion rates.

The local govt has a history of corruption & overspending.Last time I was down the Hilton Coronado had shut down its casino.

@Derek Daun LoL, I was stationed in Las Vegas for 5 years and I always compare insurance to gambling casinos....you give them your money and they never have to give you anything in return.  

KW boasts that they don't wast time doing direct mail, flyers, etc. but rather focus on lead gen,  any idea what that actually entails?  

There are more and more gimmicks being offered by developers such as guaranteed rents for 2 years, and boasting ROI's of 12%+.  

No one likes to lose money but to know that the deals he posts on Facebook and boasts about are few and far between because it’s deceptive... just because one of his students has closed a “massive” deal within months of joining ($80k per month...
