Also, you may consider writing contracts that have a processing fee put in place for client that "OPT" to "NOT" pay online as a motivating tool to sign up for online payment.

They offer tools to market your home but I don't believe they offer this service for free.

The tool isn't cheap, but like anything it will come down in price.

BP also has a great rental property tool that will help you to analyse potential properties.
