So far thinking things like:- replacing air filters- testing and replacing batteries in smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms- carpet and floor cleaning and/or replacement - assessing for leaks and all working sinks, showers, toilets- wall repairs and painting - appliances are in working order- deep clean- change locks and battery -replace all lightbulbs inside and out- minor repairs- landscaping Anything I am missing?

Hey Guys,I reviewed the lease (created by our property management) for our tenants, and I feel like we, the landlords, are not protected enough on that lease. for example, I would want to add an addendum about "changing a battery on a smoke alarm".

I have a smoke detector in my condo and I've changed it before quite easily myself and its just a battery replacement for $5 or so.

I think it is a great goal because it allows us to work hard for something and then take a mental pause, relax, and recharge we could all do at some point in the year when we need to take a beat and recharge the battery

The gas engine only charges the battery/electric motor.Very reliable - no issues after 30,000 miles so far.Battery is holding up quite well.

I have done a lot of upgrades and reconditioning over the last 9 years of ownership. ( new roof, new a/c , tile floors, new energy efficient windows etc... ) I am thinking about finishing up the remodeling with the cash from the refi, and using the rest on a down payment on a new house and renting my current house out.
