Wit regards to Texas, I was wondering why a landlord would put the address of the rental home (example: 222 Somestreet, LLC) as the Landlord's name on the rental agreement/lease.

The property is free and clear so you're not witting for the rent to pay a mortgage.

pretty much anyone can show up on your doorstep and when you call police, they'll say they live there and the police will tell you they can't trespass them.So, since there's no homeowner protections, Even the best tenants become nightmares when they don't want to pay rent anymoreMake sure you get everything in writing and notarized, signed by a lawyer, or atleast 2 solid witnesses.
