This is a property purchased via 1031 exchange, rented briefly, and depreciation has been taken for 3 years.Long term, it may be rented again or purchase something else via 1031.What would be the tax issues with restarting it as a rental in a few years?

So, the mortgage remains in place, with full liability as stated in the mortgage/deed of trust for the original borrower.I just completed a RARE subject to sale in which the bank holding our mortgage note agreed, via signed documentation, to allow the sale of the property without enforcing the “due on sale” clause.

Hello I hear their are unsecured loans I can acquire via my income history I believe they give you an income of 20% of the loan now can I pay into the debt replacing pre existing gray space the remaining 80% or will it remain outside as a new amount, hopefully that's understandable.also if I earn $30,000 annually what amount do they let me receive, thanks appreciate entirely.

If all you are looking for is motivated seller leads, I would recommend not using an agent and building another pipeline via direct mail, cold calling, ect.
