Id say unless the names made someone uncomfortable, the couple should do what makes them happy.

You don't want to overdress and make clients feel uncomfortable, nor be so casual so that they think you don't give a rip.

There are a lot of factors that regardless of length of time, can make you as a landlord or management company uncomfortable and you have to look elsewhere through their application for things that make it look better.
