Especially now, in these uncertain times.I maybe confused because you mentioned "all in" which I assume that is purchase price and repair costs with closing costs that totals 100k.

As far as topics go, I'd be most interested in hearing hyper-specific Austin topics, such as how to navigate the local permitting process, what are the newest and most impactful projects going up right now, how is current and pending local legislation affecting our business, etc.

So, like many of you, I recently heard about and read some of the Heroes Act legislation.

Just me personally but if you're in uncertain times I'd minimize my exposure on my primary (especially in FL where your primary residence is legally protected).

Wa state also has legislation harming landlords.

When any democrats dare to oppose their leader you know a proposed legislation is total crap.

People will get into real estate this year when the market is uncertain...and they will crush it.There is money to be made in any market for those that work hard.

It's still a bit uncertain.
