From a position of attracting buyers for the homes surrounding the airport, it certainly does that and helps boost the home prices.

The current rents on this place are currently a little bit higher compared to the surrounding area but not that high.

Ground rents are common in Baltimore and surrounding area.

If you are looking for buy and hold deals in PA, I would recommend looking at Multi family units in Philly and the surrounding area- Norristown, Germantown, Port Richmond and parts of West Kensington. 

The official move won't happen until August, but we are leaning towards Charlotte and the surrounding areas.

@Kuba F. correct, i copy and paste the property into zillow, scroll down to the "neighborhood" drop down, and zoom in to see the zestimates of the surrounding houses. i love this feature. i don't see the same in redfin.
