For the dining furniture in the nicer house, I shelled out and got what seemed to be good stuff but my guests keep breaking the cross bars between the chair legs, staining the cushions, scratching the tabletop, and then just the bolts come loose over time.

The 5 minute walk, even with beach stuff, is fine by me, but it might kill my mom.

-With all of the above stuff going on, maybe taking out TSP loans, spending almost all of our liquid cash and moving into a new house is not a great idea to do right now. 

I’d love to do the deal and start recruiting for a good tenant that needs class A space, while we take about 6k feet for our stuff.

To me I never notice a difference and pick light scents just to keep my home smelling nice because its an older wood home in the country and sometimes gets a different smell to it that can be a turn off.The guest lost it on me after arriving and said she had asthma and couldn't stand being in the house and wanted a full refund.

They don't tell you stuff like that and they probably don't even know that.

It’s not about who is going to be right or wrong, Just understand that the risk has risen dramatically and plan accordingly. good stuff everyone.
