Definitely some good material in the course even if you do not plan to be an agent, but like @Ryan Murdock said, there is also some stuff that's pretty dry and you most likely won't run into it working as an agent. 

The pool of "good" tenants dries up and landlords lower their standards, resulting in unpaid rent and trashed properties.

It's cut and dry, and lays out sound principles for property management, operation, and investing.  

The insurance companie's remediation co did a lot of demo work and set various machines to dry the house.

Wood tone textured floor, so I grabbed the wood staining pens, colored the scratch and when it dried buffed off the overage.

As you get into larger projects, it becomes less cut and dry.....and your resume (past projects) becomes more necessary on those bigger deals. 

Pulled up the EVP let the subfloor dry and we relaid the EVP no damage to it.  

wet it well and TRY,,,like said you can always thin dry wall over.Asbestoes or even non,,,the dust can be nasty so wear a respirator. 

As soon as the ink is dry I plan having work started on the exterior.
