I'm sort of new here, I've been a silent observer for a long time....So, I am a licensed agent In Delaware and I've been a member of BiggerPockets for about a year, I listen to the podcasts (I'm about halfway through and I have never learned so much!)

I work for an architecture firm that does schools and courthouses and that sort of thing, and we often spec LVT because it's durable, scuff resistant, lasts a long time, and comes in all sorts of different shapes/sizes/looks. 

People will start telling you how you cant do all sorts of things when they don't even know anything about it.

Hopefully this makes some sort of sense.

Does the person you lent to out up collateral of some sort?

I do mostly SFR out of state and use all sorts of ways to find them.

Anyway I get the data into a spreadsheet which I can now sort by any method necessary.
