You want it to be easy for your tenants to use to avoid non-payment or technological issues on their end, too.

It’s best to switch to a more neutral name now to avoid potential issues later.

Also Ca tax sales wipe EVERYTHING out the only reason for a pre lim would be a access issue.. which of course one can do on their own..

@Dennis Boettjer, I will echo's Brian's comment and add: also take a look at some of the threads in the Syndications review forum: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/960I do not mean this as a "here are people to invest in or avoid", as there are some groups going through current issues that, personally, I would qualify as fairly strong syndicators, overall.  

All of these issues that you wouldnt ever have to deal with now fall on you!

They had issues selling them so they continued to try and work them out and I do not think that went as planned.
