You will see many names of companies you recognize on buildings currently being built or recently built in Dubai.Probably the coolest thing I saw was the indoor ski run with a full-size chairlift!

Also note that Loopnet and Crexi are often the channel of last resort; properties often have been circulated privately by brokers and are also on MLS.That said, its another channel for deals, and you should monitor it.

It is great to find individuals willing to give sincere and honest feedback.From what I researched so far with regards to non-performing notes, there are two strategies get the note performing again(loan modfication) or take control of note(signing over deed or last resort foreclosure).
