Make sure they understand it is a shared living situation and you will be doing everything to make sure it is a smooth and comfortable situation.

You can't just hand over a pot-holed cow path to them and expect that they'll make it into smooth blacktop.

All our investors understand the process and we've worked hard to make it as smooth and non-intrusive as possible.It also gives us the added advantage of being able to advertise the individual deals themselves, as opposed to simply talking about Patch of Land without giving specifics.
