I'd come up with a "worst case" where values drop 50%, a "middle case" where values drop 20-30% and maybe a "bullish case" where it's only 10% or so decline and see how those numbers shake out.

I would change the siding where it was hung vertically to something more eye catching like shakes or board and batten, add some beefier white trim around the window and door, paint the front door black and clear out that front yard.
