but working with someone who is local to your market, who can show you their legal documents that they have used, introduce you to a proper title/attorney office for drafting documents...I mean, nothing is foolproof...but that route will have a significantly higher success rate. 

I just make a separate account for each one because not all my properties are renting at the same rate but now that I'm thinking about it more, I might just follow you.

 I would refi quickly and do a rate and term or pull a bit of cash out.

I think it’s a great idea for BP to add a second and third loan option on the calculator as with prices and interest rates being higher I bet a lot of people are using these options now.

non owner occupied may get taxed at a higher rate than owner occupied.
