If you didn't use containment in the area where the work was being done (plastic sheets to isolate and contain dust/debris) then you may in fact have an issue that does need to be addressed.* Testing is the only way you're going to know for sure that the work was done sufficiently.* Testing is also the only way a buyer is going to be satisfied that they are getting a home without mold issues.Texas (where I live) regulates air sampling and remediation companies.
