And forget that people have feelings, and true business is really about being aware of that.I used to be part of a Real Estate agency called Synergy RE (inspired by Stephen Covey), and on our business card was a logo of two people intertwining (an artsy kind of drawing). 

So I have my new fancy post cards, stamps, and the tax delinquent list (this is in Michigan).

When i received the rent it was inside a happy thanksgiving card which was odd. 

When you dealing with really motivated sellers, you don't play your cards right and they can lose everything.
