New Jersey property management is pretty bad overall.

I have talked to the park management, and they said current owners do allow renting out as a rental, but the tenants would need to be approved by them. 

Buy a house using your parents' money, then manage it for them while living there.

As for the PM question - we manage 37 units ourselves...

I am an accredited investor, looking to invest 50k to start since it’s my first one, and predominately interested in multifamily as my only previous experience is a rental I manage on Airbnb.

Thank you. mortgage probably but not PITI, cap ex, management fee etc let alone any cash flow..:( due to high interest unless you put more down
