Please know that I realize it is a huge job and huge learning curve and may very well not make good sense, but I want to do a thorough analysis  to determine that (and also what price it may make sense for).  

Ask both sanborn what scope of work they did, how long the job took, why they think the client chose them, and what they think the client would say could have been better.  

Unfortunately it was hard to find a contractor during the summer who would take on this "small" job (~$3k).

Also I cant figure out how to get a camera etc on my computer to do pod casts  Scott and I were going to do one this summer I flew to Colorado to do it since I could not set it up at home unfortunately Dave Meyers schedule did not jive when I was at BP world headquarters..

Just last week, I closed on my first multi-family property, and I’m scheduled to close on my second next week.

It's hard getting to the door knocking while trying to balance my military job, family time, and upkeeping my own house.
