Medicare was sometimes lumped together liberal social programs.

Dave Ramsey says pay cash always and spend no more than 6 month's income.This seems kind of liberal for a Ramsey position.

On the other hand, getting that first deal done is very liberating.

Here I think they are using liberal interpretation of the language here. 

I did the same, and I must say, it's liberating.

However, if a tenant has been a good tenant and everything else was in good shape when they left, except for a broken hand rail, then I feel I've hit the jack pot! 

What's certain is 20k/year and that's like the jackpot around here as most people on here are struggling to break even on their leveraged properties. $200/month is like nothing when it can be wiped out killing your returns for the entire year after uncertain capital expenses.BTW I have my GED so don't take any of my advice literally without thinking for yourself.
