Time to give me some facts of how, not blue sky.....We have a guy here who is running for the Senate, he wants to do away with the minimum wage, Dept. of Ed and EPA, Section 8, turn medicare and medicad over to insurance companies, limit law suits to corporations, injury and medical malpractice and allow 18yr olds to carry guns and put a doctor in jail for doing any abortion under any circumstance.

The underwriter for my rentals in Houston has a specific animal liability clause that excludes personal liability coverage "caused by any animal owned or kept by you or any insured whether or not the injury or damage occurs on your premises or any other location."

That said, if I ever were to allow pets again, I would be sure to have very strict provisions in the lease to protect myself if the pet causes damage or injury, and to allow me to revoke permission to have the pet.
