I secured a duplex as well as two lots with a property on one of the lots that need a ton of work earlier this summer.Im in the process of completing renovations on the duplex to get ready for STR and then move on to tackle the renovations of the home that needs a Lot of TLC with the extra vacant lot.

A little proactive education can easily prevent injuries and damage in some circumstances, but you should generally cue off of innocuous questions or comments, rather than making assumptions, unless a caseworker has suggested they would be unfamiliar.

Dawn soap and water can kill them sprayed on the paper wasp nest but you need a bee keeper suit and heavy gloves and no pets outside... not a job I am fond of tackling.

If the seller does not agree to my requests, which he might not, I will be backing out because all those items are above my skill level and I think it will lead to more issues down the road if I were to tackle it.
