I secured a duplex as well as two lots with a property on one of the lots that need a ton of work earlier this summer.Im in the process of completing renovations on the duplex to get ready for STR and then move on to tackle the renovations of the home that needs a Lot of TLC with the extra vacant lot.

I recently just finished my first cabin build, but have still to tackle a lot of the other logistic that would need to be addressed such as Road, Electrical, Water to the cabins, amenities.

Today I'm going to tackle this one:  "Buy only in the top tourist areas."
